Owner-Ready Exit
Founders approaching retirement with no succession plan in place. We provide a clean, respectful transition.
EBITDA Range
$500K to $5M in annual EBITDA. Lower middle market businesses with room to grow under disciplined ownership.
Real Customers
Established customer relationships, recurring revenue, and operational teams already in place.
